If it's encrypted it might make sense, if it's unencrypted it's a terrible idea!
This would mean dropbox could freely access your wallet, and even if you assume they are honest, dropbox is also known for not being great security-wise: they could be hacked and your wallet stolen anyway.

If you put it there unencrypted, I suggest you to create a new wallet, and send all the coins from the old one to the new one, since the old one has to be considered compromised.

Server-side encryption is good.
Don't rely on it, though, always use your own encryption on top!
Also, it helps not to name the file "bitcoinsavings.aes".
Yes, "security by obscurity", but as long as that's not all you rely on, it's ok to do it ;-)

Account buying is also a different story as i think its not compliant to MtGox's terms.

yes, indeed. lets hope that those numbers are correct and that they dont need years to pay those coins back.

i would argue the opposite direction. 25% seems highly likely to get back. so that would bring the price to around 0.18 i's say. but now you would have to add some bonus to that price as there is also a certain probability that there are more coins waiting to be discovered, found, whatever...

you see, it depends on which side of the deal you are taking.
