Its actually good to have a sense of fear whenever you are ingesting. It keeps you trying to be cautious it keeps you from being too reckless and from doing things overconfidently. What we can do is to use that fear in a positive way in which we can induce and produce it in a productive way via keeping up with the trends, actively seeking genuine information and doing what is best for the long term rather than what can be good as of today and that is why fear is good for me.
