NO RELAUNCH, no screwups here. I noticed there suddenly was a little buzz going around this coin, because so many launches fail these days. This one actually had a flawless one, but had no promotion. NO PREMINE, SO NO MARKETING. The original dev (not me) is a decent guy from one of the most trustworthy regions in the world.
Money to be made here.

Marketing budgets are flawed, because the people behind it use it to pay for their own salaries. This low difficulty creates the opportunity for a large group of people to have a relatively high stake in this, because they can mine so much now.
