With regard to the restraints introduced by Apple, I believe it will concentrate on the Android app.

Yes, the start for contributions requires a minimum of 25ETH for the Pre-Public round. Finally they decided to reduce the minimum contribution to the TGE Pre-Public Round to 10ETH starting August 1, 2018.

That's great news. This decision will attract lot of investors, since 10 ETH is reasonable amount.
