So is the beta release in the end of the q3? Also, i already had activated my cards and saw them, now few weeks later it seems i need to activate them again?

By the sound of it you're better off joining their Discord, can get more up to date information there. I get the feeling that Bitcointalk isn't their priority for promoting or 'educating', just a necessary part of advertising the project. Maybe the demographic isn't right for potential players.
