I would like to throw my hat in the ring for the position of NIG COO.
I have been involved with and mining NRS since it's inception and have a good understanding of where Barwizi plans to take this opportunity and feel that I have the skills to help this project continue to be successful for all of those involved. I am a technical project manager for a large ecommerce site by trade and have worn many hats on the operations side of the company as well. I am very familiar with the software development process and will help to ensure processes and procedures are implemented in order to have reliable, secure and user friendly services.
I have already begun researching potential payment processors that we can integrate with in the future and I believe the additional points below should be addressed rather quickly to ensure everyone is on the same page and the team is following standard software development processes.
Tools processes to be implemented:
- Updated forum to provide updates to the public and gather feedback (already in progress)
- Process for tracking feature requests development process reported bugs
- Dashboard website for tracking user investments and payouts (move away from google docs)
- More TBD...
