India is really missing out on the Blockchain and Bitcoin investing. 

Correct: No option. They will look like fools!

If india u-turns their decision.  That would make a big bull run in the crypto market. Just crossing my finger and hope they will unban cryptos

Reserve Bank of India's decision instructing the banks in India ; not to allow their accounts use buying crypto; may not had any major effect on the price of crypto currency.
Indian U turn may not have any significant effect on the price of the market.

But we can not overlook the significance of Indian economy.  India is the sixth largest biggest economy power in the world.  Sixth number ranking was with the France and now they are at seven.

Awareness in India about crypto is increasing day by day.  It being a very big economic customer based  market may turn to a very big crypto user market provided given chance to the citizens will definitely a big boost to the crypto world.

So my opinion; when Indians will start using crypto it will be big boost to the market.

Indian government not disided yet this issued going to in the court within short of time dicision comes hope its green light bitcoin.

The Indian Government need to spur their economy: Cryptocurrencies is a catalyst: India was promoting itself as a tech hub and have behaved liked bitches regarding crypto!

I think whether they green light or not, bitcoin will still make the headlines.
the earlier they join for them to benefit the better.
bitcoin is at a stage where not a single country can stop it from growing despite the current bear market.

India making a reversal would have a mega positive impact!

it will be positive but not a "mega" positive thing.
in other words the impact of India and their decisions now is the same as their impact when their reserve bank closed the exchange accounts. if you look back at the dates of that negative news and compare it with a chart you can see that price didn't move at all. so the reversal of that shouldn't have any significant impact either.
