Which price you fetch out of your multiple exchange partners and will that partner might change along the way of exchange if another platform will offer better rate or you guys will just stick with the first one which offered a better rate at first?

Also what is maximum limit you can process or there is not such limit?

If the exchange rates change significantly and we are unable to offer a fixed price, we will offer a refund. But we always have some frames of price fluctuations within which we can operate.
Our partners fee is constant, and we adhere to the initially specified exchange rate.
The upper limit for exchanges is not set, but if you are going to make a transaction of more than 5 BTC, we recommend asking support about this first, because for some rare coins, the exchange may take longer time.
We do not have a Central office, our team is situated in such countries as Ukraine, USA, Italy and Russia.

Still good to hear out yet you would still have the option on being anonymous incase you embrace that visa and mastercard payment systems and as long it wont involve cash then this wont really be a bothersome for you.
Im seeing out similar exchangers do pop-out recently which do completely offering the same where shapeshift can do. The feature i do like on exchange coins into other coins where you can easily see available coins to be converted yet they would be displayed white for available and gray is for non.

I was always using SimpleSwap and today I wanted to give it a try for Godex. And that was bad decision.

I wanted to exchange Monero to BTC.

It says it's complete but I didn't receive my BTC.
And Godex support says in email: "unfortunately, we can not refund the coins that we did not received"

If Godex allows its clients to perform a transaction that may not be completed successfully, which deliberately exposes users to a loss of funds, it is simply unprofessional.

I have been exchanging cryptocurrencies for a long time using competitive platforms, and none of them has ever allowed me to finish the transaction if any required fields have not been correctly completed. I do not know if such an action is intentional or a bug, but this platform in my opinion deliberately exposed me to the loss of funds. I do not recommend it and I will never use it again. A painful lesson cost me about 100 bucks and I hope it will be a free warning to other users.

You have good service, but I don't understand why you can't give XMR back to that guy? Coins arrived at your address to which you have access, so it is possible. It is not worth spoiling the reputation. I had a similar problem with ChangeNOW when I sent them XLM without specifying an id. They refunded my coins without any problems.
