We are excited to announce that the Rya project has an official snapshot date.
The snapshot will be taken in block 2,110,000 of the Nxt blockchain expected to occur on November 17th.

Remember only Nxt users with Nxt wallets will get the new RYA coins and trust when the main net will be live. Exchange wallets are not supported.

As promised, we are dropping 0.4 RYA for each NXT token - a total of 40% of the initial Rya supply. We will be happy to answer any questions you might have on Telegram, here at Bitcointalk or on Reddit.

If you would like to join the test net you can login to one of the new running servers. You can play around with the system and check it out.

Anymore details on what happens to rest 60% of supply? Will be airdropped later for holders or will be used for bounty or 60% is developer fund.

Absolutely NO connection between the Rya project and $TRUST or $XTP. Rya has its own TRUST token which is an internal token that cannot be moved from wallet to wallet, has no transactable value and serves a purpose in the Rya minting process. The Rya TRUST will be airdropped alongside Rya to NXT owners. There is no staking in the Rya system using other coins. It is a completely self contained system.

We intentionally chose not to disclose team members or to engage in 'team marketing' common in many projects as we want Rya to be a community which is focused on the tech. This ties into the decision not to launch an ICO.


We are always excited to hear feedback on the economic motivation and reasoning in Rya - if you think there are details missing we would be happy to hear and address them. However our belief is that sometimes less is more, and a WP is meant to express an idea to as many people as possible in just the right ammount of detail.


The vast majority of the 60% will be airdropped. There will be announcement about this PRIOR to launch, so no need to worry about bad intentions. A small portion will be reserved for continued development

Rya launch date officially announced for Christmas, the 25th of the December 2018!

Anyone that owned Nxt at block height 2110000 will receive Rya, no need to have held for multiple blocks. The project is published under a modified version of the JPL with full acknowledgment from Jelurida/Nxt community.
