Better days are yet to come
My asshole puckers when I hear these words in one sentence, "
fractional reserves of blockchain " We saw what happened with fiat currencies and the global economy, when they applied Fractional-reserve banking, so I hope they are not trying this with Bitcoin now.

For those people who does not know what
Fractional-reserve banking is, it is the practice whereby a bank accepts deposits, makes loans or investments, but is required to hold reserves equal to only a fraction of its deposit liabilities. Reserves are held as currency in the bank, or as balances in the bank's accounts at the central bank.
Essentially creating money out of thin air.
