Cryptocurrencies had seen longest bear market back in 2013-2015 if I am not wrong then and now situation is totally different. Not talking about mass adoption which surely has to come yet as masses always are the last to join any change. Institutional investors have jumped or are preparing to do so already. Bakkt kind exchange with physical delivery and custody and ETF sometime in future don't you think bear market is about to be over anytime ?

this is true that Litecoin is a good coin and it has a huge community and market support. but the fact is litecoin is dropped too much like other coins. now no one knows if it'll recover again or not. if there is any guarantee that it'll grow for sure then buying this would make sense. otherwise it's not reasonable at all.. I would wait and see the market behavior first.

LTC was no longer just an alternative to the BTC, it became my main currency. Speed of transactions, low rates, today I prefer to trade in exchanges that have trading pairs with LTC.

yes you are right litecoin is good and this coin holds its value in market during this bear move.
but one thing is that litecoin lost its big value from december 2017 to until now but the price is still good
not to high and not too cheap anyone can buy or sell it right now.
selling right now is quite not a good move by anyone because right now a very high percentage for litecoin price go high again

I am also a long term holder of litecoin for around 2 years already. A bit regretting that I didnt sold it earlier at top but knowing this is a good coin and bought this for long term makes me feel fine.

Windows Defender do not allow to download litecoin-0.16.3-win32.
I'm sure it's a false positive... But why Litecoin Core team can't make more "antivirus-friendly" builds?
Such things scare potential crypto investors...
