I thought the price would go down and my confidence in encryption went down, so I sold my encryption, but I felt that most of the time I sold my encryption was not good enough, and I often regretted it.

It will be nice to come in from the angle of Why buying or Holding coins? This thought needs  to be really understood and analyzed.  Gone are the days when I sell when there is a deep in price. The number one goal is to make profit. So, when buying, I buy with an amount that won't scale me to Square Zero, and I also buy when the price is already at the deep. Same as when trading.

For me to sell a coin, I must make sure I have made some profit or gains and I am convenient with it. I don't sell on Panic.

you need to traine your mental and emotion.looking market bloody sometimes make us unable to control our psychology.and we are being panic and then selling all our asset.

Why do I sell my coins? Maybe the price is getting lower than the start price of the ico and I went here to make a business and make earnings and profit and not to lose my asset in some investments that I made.

I only sell the coins if i needed the money, otherwise i just keep it for investments just like you did. But whenever i want to sell my coins, i always look for the situation first. If the price is too low i won't sell it.

I sell my coins when i need fiat for  the live. A little of them. Another time I hold my coins and use it for trading for get profit.

I sell my coins when the price is increasing inorder for me to gain some profit of what am I doing. Recovering of the price js one of the most awaited time for me as a crypto user.

It's fine if you will sell it if there's a need of doing so but if you're selling to get out of the market, it's also your choice. This is how trader do things to survive in the market. Buying in and selling out.
With me, I have only one kinda coin in my wallet and when there will be need to sell it I will sell it , probably it’s gonna happen when I will be broke or there will be a descent amount of money that I can get out of it.

I might be asking you why did you hold your coins? If it is for gain or profit and not just for any actual use, then you might be answering the same. The reason why people are selling in any of these situations is that they wanted to gain. Many are doing day trading and during times when the market is not good or is low they sell their coins in the fear that they might just lose a lot. For a long term holder this may not always be the case. As you are holding it long enough so that it might have a greater prices after several years. SO their is really a lot of difference between day trading and holding for long term. The goal is to gain profit but the methods may just be the opposite. We need skills on these so better not follow day traders. They know what they are doing so let's just understand them.
