I've quite enjoyed working on the Nicaraguan post, and that will appear on the political board in a day or two. It's length is knocking on the limit for a thread post in my opinion, and this led me to think of another idea for future projects. The danger is that some dick head will quote the whole post, and another one will quote him. Also, there are no images included in the post. So how can we expand the size of the article and include it in a post for discussion?
I can host the page on one of my servers, but, as the article will be the idea of another Bitcoin Talk member, it might be better if it was kept in Bitcoin Talk. Is there somewher here where the page can be loaded, and then linked to in the opening post of a thread?
Don't worry on the dickhead/s. FH takes good care of the board and has even made a
sticky about it. Politics and Society would be the best place since it has a political background.
That's a good idea, and it is one of the things i considered. The main difficulty is that you can't format the page to improve legibility. Attempting to format a post actually reduces its legibility in most cases imho.
Use another platform to write, I don't know why you can't just use the forum. Whatever be the reason, link the article down, quote the entire article, and explain the entire article in your words briefly and bold the main points. I see
Hydrogen doing this a lot in the main sections(Bitcoin Discussion, Economics et al).
