Starbucks Plans to Support Bitcoin Payments Later This Year

Brace yourselves fellow coffee addicts. We can now drink our favorite iced coffee or even pay for everything we eat in Starbucks for they are already accepting bitcoin as payment. This is one way of making bitcoin and other cryptos go into mainstream. We need big companies adopting to crypto for it to be known to public. Hope that in the near future every business establishment will make list bitcoin as one of the mode of payments for items purchased. I can't wait to try it out myself. Looking forward for this to take effect asap.

Starbucks is looking highly interested in joining the crypto revolution and if a company with the popularity of Starbucks starts taking payments in Bitcoin then it will prove to be a news of high magnitude for the whole crypto community.

If this is true it will be a huge achievment in the crypto industry and soon many other companies will also allow payments in bitcoins and other altcoins and those will regain more popularity then ever.

Wow that's a great news. If giant companies like this start to accept bitcoins, i think it will become a major currency all over the world.

Starbuck is an international coffee company it is planning to support cryptocurrency by November this year . It allows the users to pay for their coffees, sandwiches and other snacks using virtual currency . They will allow the customers use digital wallet to convert Bitcoin into fiat currency this shows a development of Bitcoin as a means of payment . This acceptance of Bitcoin by the company shows turning a friendly approach towards cryptocurrency this will lead Bitcoin to the mainstream as a mode of payment let us wait and see.

Its a great initiative. I think not only strabucks but also other top cooffe shop and resturent will accept bit coin in future. I think its a matter of time.

Hope that because of this news we will see some good performance of bitcoin's value in the market. We'll just wait and see if this really can bring huge impact to bitcoin's value and the adoption of the general public to crypto.

that could be make all the payment easier tho, well it does easy for the bitcoiners but not for the one who doesn't know bitcoin, so it seems like bitcoin or cryptocurrency starting to acceptable in some country and any single real company. I hope it will go bright in the near future.

No, guys it is not happening. Starbucks clarified that they won't accept digital payments such as bitcoin. OP needs to distinguish a rumor or a real news. Though, they said that they continue to talk with customers about this so I hope you guys that has bitcoins will visit Starbucks so we can increase bitcoin awareness when it finally happens.

If something like this would happen then and became successful I'm sure the other companies will also follow them. and there would be a hike in price again. Overall this is a good news for us. we hope that the transaction will be faster cause this is the most downside of bitcoin when paying with it.

I hope so, Soon or later they will accept Bitcoin as a payment. Some sites have implemented it, hopefully starbuks can implement it using Bitcoin as a payment.
