It's not always possible to find a project during ico, so many projects are lost in a lot of scum. Yes there is such that the project can interest and in a year after ico.
I see every day how children sit on the street and play on phones and tablets, I do not think it's for the best! In my childhood I played football with sticks. It is not right to give mobile devices to young children at an early age because childhood is given for walking on the street and calling for life, rather than looking at the phone screen.

Your merits represent your constructiveness, but it does not mean that you are not supposed to pass the post quality phase in a campaign or something. Even the shittiest posters can meet the merit requirements in some cases, but that does not make them qualified for the position they are seeking.
