Loligo team will premine only tokens needed for ICO, so that will be the final amount of premined tokens.I would like to know though, did premining already started, if not when does it start?

Well it won't be just anyone.If you want to be able to launch ICO on Loligo platform it is not enough to be investor, you will need to go through KYC for Enterprise user first, a bit more strict procedure to ensure you are legit and credible.

According to your roadmap,you plan fork in June 2019.What exactly will  happen then,is that when you are going on your own blockchain?

That is even better than i thought,and good move since many people  are mining ETH,so they can easily add LLG too and both Loligo and them will benefit from that!

You should make the difference between ER20 tokens used for the ICO to allow seeding and exchange before the product startup
and the final token from the LOLIGO blockchain

ERC20 tokens are immediately distributed and transferred to participant
