give the guy some chance to prove if he didnt pay on the first day of march then its your chance also to put a red mark on his account

If he has nothing to hide why doesn't he just show us some proof of funds or use an escrow?
No one acts like this if he/she has nothing to hide.
i think some other signature campaign also didnt used escrow before but paid their workers on time
as i said give him a chance if not then you can call him a scam
its unfair also to accusing someone without any proof
just wait until the 1st of march
