Why do you prefer to launch ICO before your platform available to public? I have seen few exchange who launch ICO after their platform available for public at least in alpha or beta test and their ICO is running good.

There are two reasons:
1. To get all features done we need more investments we have. We think to show a raw alfa release won't attract much investors. There are many other exchanges.
2. To have a community of investors from the beginning of the project and together decide how to move forward. Investors will share not only profit, but all will participate in decision making.
