I read in wp that Kamagames has shown constant growth: in 2016 by 33%, and in 2017, by 63.4%. But what I don't understand is how Kamagames got an estimated valuation of $500 million.
Probably by comparing main Kamagames parameters with those of public companies some experts calculated the $500M value.
The main Kamagames parameters are:
- Total of 414,500 active users - an increase of 35.9%
- Number of online users reached 23,000 - an increase of 16%
- Average Revenue Per Paying User - an increase of 30%
- The number of users willing to pay for DLC content - an increase of 6%
- The level of players engagement with the app - an increase of 5%
The $500 estimation comes from M&A investment agencies that Kamagames has seen its valuation jump threefold since moving to Dublin in 2012, despite financial and regulatory challenges related to EU and US sanctions on Russian companies. Read more details
