Absolutely. Even though Eth is currently slumping. The price dropped, even now it hasn't gone up. But I believe in commercial law, "where there is a fall there will be an increase". Therefore I believe in Eth. Eth won't continue to be down. Eth will go back up. I'm sure Eth is still have a bright future. I will be patient waiting for Eth return to the winning lane.

I think most people don't think about scam at the moment they sold at this low - but they sell because of loses. There is really no reason(imo, somebody think different) to took it for a scam but real scam ICOs that took place in 2017/18 makes ETH's price go to the bottom selling their coins
Also everybody(almost) needs money and they are here for money and that is the reason we see such highs, lows and this volatility

yes i still belive in ETH. I think Ethereum's development potential is huge, and more and more people invest in Ethereum  is enough but even though the price dip too much i still believe in ETH

ETH will turn into green soon. For your info, ETH was widely used for ICO investment. Nowadays, people are not too much interested to invest in ICO because most of these are scams. However, I believe there will some more regulation on ICO and the percentage of scam ICO will be reduced and people will then invest more and ETH will gain its position again.
