My biggest question is why do we really need cloud banking to begin with?  I mean, I think you guys had good intentions believing these services would attract more people to Bitcoin, but considering all the risks from hackers and thieves within the bank itself, it's becoming apparent that these services are giving Bitcoin negative attention.

At the moment the Bitcoin community really only needs two services from exchanges: buying and selling BTC, and instant conversion of BTC to fiat for merchants.  Exchanges can better meet these needs by ditching their risky cloud services and devloping and pushing their own encrypted SDV wallets for desktop and mobile that aside from obviously requiring the self-storage of Bitcoins, would also come with the added benefit of being able to buy and sell BTC directly from the app.  Make it NFC ready and you're all set for the future.
