The list of exchanges is already indicated on the site. I do not think that the initial listing of tokens will require such a large number of partners. I think they need to start with an exchange, with a good reputation.

Yes, because the partnership commission will be allocated from the general fund. Only if the tokens are successfully sold will the team be able to carry out their marketing strategy for all project participants.
