Check out the TG message from admin, he said that Athero negotiating with 8 exchanges.
On the other hand he said they will not distribute Bounty reward to hunter because hunters will dumb price of THO. Really?
If they really think that hunters can dumb price of token then pay in eth or btc to hunters. 

The admin did not say that they would not distribute the bounty tokens, but the admin said they could not distribute the bounty tokens if THO only listing on Mercatox and Crex, so they would add some new exchanges after that they will think about bounty distribution

Your idea is good (@GWS My Boy), better gradual distribution so that conflicts about THO will not be too burdensome, obligations can be carried out along the way. Hopefully, the team can consider this idea, it will be better and reduce the negative assumption that this idea should be done.

Are you sure they can find 8 exchanges in the near future? I see this is another way to delay and they don't say when it will happen, this year or next year?

To boost back the lost confidence the team should re activate all the telegram channels also also be responsive and the official community manager and thread starter should also be active here on this forum and update the community regularly as far as bounty reward is concerned i think it should be distributed as soon as possible and there should not be any more excuses, Athero as a new project is not different it is just like other icos that distribute bounty rewards within 30 days after the end of ico so Athero should not be shy of distributing bounty rewards it will not put good name if you keep delaying bounty distribution.

so they decided to wait for another exchange. I don't believe this method will work because the dump can't be avoided

I agree with you, a dump cannot be avoided. Inevitably there will be a dump if the bounty is distributed, even if they are listed on many exchanges if their community is not strong, a dump will definitely occur.

Nobody knows what's happening with bounty hunters, athero should pay to hunters as they promised and there should not excuses like price dumb.
They should also face investors and hunters on official group TG but group locked is not the good decision as you said.
Let's see how they will spend money on project, waiting to see announcement from official athero team.
