Not all government are against cryptocurrency. At least in the west countries in Europe are developed countries that have allowed bitcoin to be used by vendors and merchants. Though most government are corrupt but it don't take all of them to use bitcoins to aid them in their corrupt dealings. 

We are led to believe that almost all governments are corrupt and that most officials and even leaders of the world are bought.

We saw this for instance with the US elections where rumours are doing the rounds that massive amounts of money were channelled from foreign countries to influence the outcome of the election. This money had to be laundered through shell companies via Banks and complex money laundering systems.

All of this leaves paper trails and this can later be followed and investigated to find the true origin of this money.

Now think about this, why would "corrupt" governments want to appose Bitcoin and Crypto currencies, if they can use it to hide their "corrupt" practices? Would it not make sense just to allow it and then use it to further their political aspirations?

The push back from these corrupt governments does not make any sense. Could it be that they know that Bitcoin and Crypto currencies are not "anonymous" at all and that these transactions can be traced and for this reason they are apposed to it?

The reason is that cryptocurrencies has so many things to offer the world and this is the case they are frowning at it. It has now been integrated into so many industries and its still moving on.

if the government only applies it as a stock asset, or even one goal with the fiat token concept, it might be the best solution. But it seems they have not understood in detail because they are used to full policy control in the system, they cannot engage in blockchain transactions from the user to user and this makes the burden of official responsibility and so on.

The government should accept the cryptocurrency as a legitimate payment, because the benefits it brings to the consumer are far greater than the losses that the government incurs. Government should sacrifice for the benefit of the community

If governments worked only for the good of the country and society, it would be almost utopia. Alas, in the modern world, people tend to work in the government only to improve their own financial condition and, occasionally, to meet their ambitions.
