Looks like the Zcoin developers are not going to bother fixing it.

My wallet synchronization has to be interrupted various times due to the overheating of CPU (T_j Max=85^oC, while the most severe temperature can be as high as 84^oC). Veil-qt consumes almost 100% of CPU resources. Why is it? Such overheating is stunning. Huh

There are some problems with Zergpool while Veil mining today. Is there some other good pool for it? I beleive in Veil and wish to have Veil coins. It seems to me there will be good profit with Veil because it has the best technologies of anonimity, better than Monero.

I don't think the problem is local. Everything runs smoothly if wallet is fully synced. In that state it indeed consumes only small fraction of CPU resources. The problem occurs after some period of inactivity when wallet is behind of thousands of blocks and it's in need to catch up with the current state of blockchain.

Today I found 50 coins in pos but they are not visible anywhere in their wallet! what? was it an empty block? why can't I see him !! ??

They are updating the explorer to newest versions, atm its in sync progress.. Nothing to worry about, should be online soon.

That means u have an orphan, somebody else found the same block faster as you.

Are you using the newest wallet version released yesterday? U should enable precomputing, this will handle the zerocoin stakes much faster (so less change on an orphan!)

Precompute must be enabled indeed. Are you using the latest wallet version (released yesterday)? https://github.com/Veil-Project/veil/releases

Version 1.0.3.0 is the newest release, make sure u are up to date! Cheesy

When u start the wallet u will see 2 button on the bottom, 1 is for activate/disable stake and the other button is for precomputing Cheesy

If you guys are running the newest 1.0.3 wallet, how did you get the chain to sync quick?

Alot of us are having problems with the latest snapshot and are stuck waiting for it.

Just planning to mine or buy coins instead and start this feature?
