it depends which version you are using. Here (v1.0.3.10) were fixed bugs: Running two same wallet.dat on different PC #3 and Windows 7 - Assertion failed #5.
If you have masternodes, no update is required.

All updates related to UI and only one for wallet (Running two same wallet.dat on different PC #3) but if you using different wallet.dat then you can skip this update but you must now cli command - repairwallet  if you will be on oldest releases
