Privacy reasons? SWC is an anonymous site, isn't it? You can black out the players that are not involved in the hand and just show the hand where obvious collusion happened, showing the accounts which supposedly all are operated by the player in question.
Where is the problem with that? I honestly don't get it! This has nothing to do with privacy, I feel you just don't know what to show us in here!
We do not make our investigations into collusion public, no poker site does. This would give cheaters more information to our detection process and break our commitment to player privacy. Yes SwC is anonymous site, but the usernames are established over many years, and players are known by them.
There is nothing to hide, and we welcome players involved in the session to post their hands from this session, or the cheater himself - but it is not our place to post these, and the cheater is unlikely to do this because it would show an obvious set of collusion hands.
If you do not like our policies or how we handled this situation, you are welcome to avoid our site. If you wish to get accurate information about our ethics, please go to our telegram group or our site chat in the client and ask real players who are there every day - they can tell you their lived experiences with SwC over the years.
If you want to question how we handled the situation, we won't delete it, because it is legitimate discussion.
Absolute NONSENSE. You could easily black out the other players names and just show the cards and names of the accused accounts. That's more than enough to prove your point. Yet, I only hear excuses. Spotting collusion is SO EASY, there is no investigation necessary when 1-3 hands can prove it.
By the way, talking about your telegram group, you are really funny. People are NOT welcome to discuss problems there, I have witnessed this myself. After I found people colluding and you did NOTHING I spoke about this in your group. And guess what you did, you instantly kicked me out for that.
My account on your site is at least 5 years old, I have been around and I have a high Krill VIP level, so I know for sure how SWC works.
"Real players who are there every day", funny you mention that. SWC can be happy if 5-10 tables are running at the same time. When 150 people are online only a fraction (10-20%) is actually playing.
