Do you have a gambling license and where is your headquarters based?
Looks like you accept fiat deposits (via Neteller), doesn't that mean you need to be licensed with a regulator, like the Malta gambling authority?
As far as I have checked about this they had taken a gaming licence from the island country of Curaçao in South America.
