    Nicely put there mate! If we want to earn income short term, we can invest or trade with bitcoins and if we want a feel of property that we can really touch or have a sense of real and personal tangible ownership, then invest with gold as well.
    Well, gold is something that will be worth anytime, and it is also a very good investment for the future. But, if I could have both, I would probably use them both to get a lot of nest

    So there's no need really to choose one because the fact is you can choose both or none. It really is up to you with regards of your preferences but what the question is how will you split it whether you will do both equally or focus to this and the other as much less than the other one. If you will ask me, I would focus my time with cryptocurrencies and let alone gold.

    Do you refer to altcoins as Bitcoin children or you just wrote random garbage? Regarding Bitcoin and all, it is not so much about Bitcoin in and of itself as the whole cryptomarket and its future. After all, we can dump Bitcoin and switch to another coin in less than no time, i.e. long before it becomes toxic or obsolete but switching from crypto to some other field of investing is a thing of a higher order

    Same as you, I prefer Bitcoin. Bitcoin can easily be moved and now that it gained its momentum throughout the world with legalization and acceptance with some countries who have strong economic prowess then surely the price would pump. Also Bitcoin can be earned thru internet unlike gold which you need to mine it (the actual thing) or buy some or etc. The point is Bitcoin is more convenient than Gold so I rather choose it.

    Bitcoin of course, although the price continues to fluctuate, but many positive issues are growing every day in the use of bitcoin.     I choose bitcoin over gold. Bitcoin is now much valuable and profitable both short and long term investment. I guess gold is now left behind by bitcoin with its rapid rise of investors.

    I'm still a believer in both if it is financially possible for you.   I think both will still appreciate big time over the long term.  As economic uncertainty increases throughout the world, bitcoin and other assets like gold, platinum, etc.  will keep going up.

    I still can't believe we are way past the price of 1oz of gold per bitcoin.

    I do not agree that these both have good function because if we look at bitcoin then any investors can be millionaire within a single year from his investment while if we look at gold then it is a stable currency and if someone will invest for profit then he will get the profit after dozens of years.

    I would love to invest in these two, though the problem is, I don't have that money to invest on gold. While on bitcoin, I can earn them without investing something, that is why, I pick Bitcoin over Gold.
    That is the benefit of bitcoin over gold that you can earn bitcoin slowly and gradually if you do not have any special skills while earning and buying gold is not easy. Only rich people can have gold and only these people can do trade with gold. Bitcoin is for all type of societies to earn money with it.

    Gold is really left behind by all of those investors and traders who now know to trade with bitcoin. Only those  people are trading in gold who do not know about bitcoin if they will also know about bitcoin then they will also start to invest in bitcoin.
