I have a few LTC coins on the core wallet, how can I get LTFN? Need to load your wallet? It is necessary to synchronize 7 years. Or can wait for the exchange and get the coins on exchange wallet?

There are ways I can suggest to claim your LTFN

1. Run local core by syncing it on your computer.

If have LTC core wallet already running - invalidate the block 1,550,000 ( must be 1549999 blocks) .
Close LTC wallet.,
Then copy these below LTC files to data folder of LTFN

blocks
chainstate
.lock
.walletlock

Run wallet and wait before (after fork) blocks gets synced.

2.Get your LTC private key and save it.
Send your LTC funds to different wallet (to avoid loss of funds when lost private key or fall on wrong people hand)
Import the private key on LTFN wallets exchanges/ that support import and export fecilities.

3. Import the private key of your LTC and keep it safe and claim when ever you like in future , either from the supported exchanges or by running local core wallet.

Note - paper wallet is just a visual wallet which can be printed but can't do transactions.

After watching announcement in Litecoin's thread I just redirected to this one. I don't have any idea at this moment what is all about but will be reading about this. Although these will be airdropped coins because of fork but need to understand what are the purposes and advantages of the this project. Specially support from exchanges if there is any that will make difference.
