You understand the implications of your story, really! you could have contacted someone from support, who is supposed to be anonymous, for the security of the data they know, and apart from that you asked for help offline, lol.
Both are violating the rules, I don't know if you understand the complexity of what you are mentioning, and we fall into a gray area, and what the people who work in support represent in the reality of security and why KYc is not a problem in itself for the KYc if not for that type of situation that you mention.
