As of now, best options to cash out as an American?


What about an American that is outside the US?  I can't use gemini outside the US because they require a US sms number.  I have a US google voice number that can call/text and receive call and text but gemini recognizes the number as a VOIP number.


Anyone here done wire with bitstamp with no issue?  What about binance?
