But the wisdom for each governments are different, they won't comply what other government do. Especially for economic things, the situation economic of countries are different. They will decide to make a new rule with the economic situation in their country and they will adjust to the circumstances of some problems that will occur. Moreover, with the payment system thing where every countries has own payment system, surely they should formularize it wisely.
