I disagree, power reduction of inactive DT members doesn't have any point, it actually not good because old scammer have a chance to comeback to scam!

DT members aren't get paid where they need to be active in this forum, there are a lot scammers only got one negative feedback from DT members, so if he's inactive and his feedback shown in untrusted feedback, the scammer's account is clean and newbie will think the account is legit to trade.

It's not what really important to me, but maybe it's important to you: don't you find it strange that everyone in the list has Trust: neutral mark? Comparing with previous lists, there should be a diversity of different numbers.

Right, tags from DT1 and DT2 are visible the same way by default. But DT1 members additionally have an option of adding others to DT2 and of voting for trust to others in DT system through their trust lists.

DT1 requirements give an opportunity to be elected even for those who have negative trust due other DT1 decisions. There are several each time as far as I know. But if they have negative number of those who trust them in DT1 they have no power anyway.

I know that Trust system works this way but I don't think it is 100% fair, to say so... The system is made, in fact by 3 components:

1. Be eligible to be elected
2. The monthly random shuffle
3. The inclusions and exclusions, which have the power to overrule the monthly reshuffle.

Practically, these 3 components are complementary to each other and work as a whole.

So in this case, after a monthly reshuffle we have user A included in DT1, as he was eligible to be part of DT1. At same time though, he has more exclusions than inclusions (from other DT1 users), therefore he is automatically out of DT, although the reshuffle placed him there. Practically, the vote of majority took him out. In this case, I don't consider it's fair to allow this user to still have the power of voting for other DT members, as he was, actually, removed from DT by the votes of those excluding him (which was greater than the ones including him).

What I'm trying to say is that, although (1) a user is eligible to be part of DT1 and (2) the system nominated him as DT1 (by the monthly reshuffle), then if he is cast out by the vote of majority (more exclusions than inclusions) then his voting powers should be also eliminated. Why should he have the power to vote if he is not part of DT?

I kind of like it the way that it is because it lessens the consolidation of power that DT1 has.

If the vote of DT1 with exclusions > inclusions didn't count, it may have the net effect of making those with inclusions > exclusions all the more powerful. This is not always the case of course, as some "voted out" DT1 don't have any exclusions of DT1 members.

So, meeting the criteria for DT1 (which includes the ability to "vote" via inclusions/exclusions) is a separate status from having DT1 powers.

Another thing to consider is that if a DT1 gains an exclusion that renders them net excluded, it could have far reaching effects, triggering other exclusions or inclusions, possibly even resulting in some kind of endless cycle that might break the trust system Cheesy
