The biggest problems for new exchangers are small trading volumes and a big price difference between buying and selling. How are things on your exchange?
If you will look at their exchange site, the trading volume is really low and most of the coins listed has no more buy order. This is the challenge for new and small exchanges. The UI is very simple as I believe they are using the open source code in this exchange. But they should improve the aesthetic appearance of their site. And right now, it is showing 149 registered users. That number is very small for a crypto exchange. They need to gain more traders on their platform.
