Hello, actually buy property for bitcoin is not very profitable because after the purchase price can grow and you buy a house twice as expensive. At the expense of buying I know that in Switzerland you can buy a house and also in Thailand there are people who are willing to sell the house for bitcoins.

if you want a worm weather, you can migrate to UAE, Malaysia or Singapore and those countries are somewhat crypto friendly.

Migrate to Dubai ? Wow that would be a huge movement in your life I would say. But hei if you leave alone and you have nothing to loose , Dubai actually is a nice place with a huge eco system around the city but I think until then we will see some estate deals around bitcoin or ripple.

In my country I've seen some ads from a company that sells real estate for crypto. It's in Bucharest, a city I have no interest in, and crypto price has fallen a lot, so I didn't care much.
And Romania is not significantly better than Russia imho.

Bitcoin payments advance a lot in Germany, from what I've read. Maybe that could be another option.


However, in the west the real estate is more and more expensive and normal people usually just live in rentals.

you first have to see which countries will accept you as a citizen then think about whether you want to live in those countries or not considering everything including cost of living, economy, and a ton of other things. and the last thing you should think about is whether you can buy a home there with cryptocurrency!

I want to recomment my country for warm and happy people but sadly, we dont accept bitcoin as payment yet. You need to convert it into fiat so you could buy property. Why do you want to leave your country? Living abroad is kinda hassle and have a lots of paperworks to do. Why not go to different regions of your country? Just curious about this.

Asian countries are warm but if you want a warmer weather you should visit Middle East countries. If you cant find a real estate that accepts bitcoin.
