I checked a recent block: the highest fee uses 600 sat/byte, but most transactions use at most a few sat/byte.

Since we were discussing transaction fees recently, I'd like to point out the logic behind this transaction can be improved.
When this transaction was made, 6 sat/vbyte would have been enough for a fast confirmation. A safe margin would have been 30-40 sat/vbyte. You paid 84 sat/vbyte.
But even if you really want to pay that much, the transaction used (amongst others) a 0.00010000 BTC input and created a 0.00007415 BTC change address. The total fee paid was 0.00036808 BTC for 4 inputs and 2 outputs. If you would not have used the 0.00010000 BTC input, you would have saved almost 25% in total fee and have more funds remaining. It would also have been cheaper to keep the 0.00010000 BTC without creating a small change address (and adding the difference to the fee).
I have no idea how difficult this would be to implement in an automated system, but it's how I manually optimize my transaction fees.

This is actually common use-case that first of all, a new players check the whole flow. Deposit, withdraw without playing and then start playing. We have taken a mentality that players funds are players funds. They can withdraw funds any time they like.
What we will do now after this case is that you will have a email with confirmation link. You click it and only then TX will go out. For some it might be annoying but feels like we cant live without it.

A bit sad that we have to go through this kind of thing. Our reputation costs much more then this "mysterious" case but here we are. To become the most trusted, coolest looking, interactive blackjack on the market is very hard like that but we accept the challenge.
