There are lot of downward  predictions last year in which its proven correct in the end making the upward predictions to become proven wrong. This new prediction is possible therefore better if we embrace it in advance and be prepared for it because it is better to expect low then it become high than expecting high but instead the market is falling.

Eh, they're probably just trying to diversify. They've already built up a brand (lol) and it seems like they have a lot of viewership that also happen to be interested in financial markets. This would be a smart move even if Bitcoin were doing great. But yeah, the crypto space has been really boring lately so it's also entirely possible that reduced traffic has forced them into transitioning earlier than intended. Still not a bearish sign though I'd say.

The Bitcointalk one is probably more related to the increasing scarcity of signature campaigns and the general realization that bounties are shit. It could also be because there's not a lot to talk about anymore lol.

Rebranding is when you create a new brand by changing the name, the logo, the strategy, structure, etc...
Revamping is when you renovate/refresh a design/logo/graphics

if the bullshit that sites such as CCN publish were a "sign" of market movement then price should have shooted up and down at least twice a week since they publish different crap depending on  the moods of that day and whether they can find a good clickbaity article that day or not.

the fact that they are putting other things on their website is because they want to maximize their traffic as much as they can so that they can make the most amount of money. it has nothing to do with the market, signals or which way bitcoin is going to go!
