I'm going to start a reverse auction using the highest offer in PM as the start. I will cover escrow (I will pay first if you have good trust) and shipping in US. I can prepay funds to escrow if anyone has concerns.

I dont remember seeing one for sale lately. There was a point last year a bunch of these were up for sale but seems the kialara are being hoarded now

I'd agree that it was informational. It's still up for sale on their site. Perhaps it sells on that site with 10 minutes left in this auction. I would not consider it a bid until you are told it's a bid.

Probably because it is already listed for .25 as a "buy now". I'll allow Hox to verify themselves, because it's possible that it was just an advertisement/self-promotion for their own sale, but it's not unheard of for people to jump increments; happens in almost every auction.
