Very trader has a favorite feature. Mine is customer support. Most exchanges don’t have a good customer support. It could take a long time to rectify small issues. Hope, BCNEX would have a good customer support.

The importance of customer support cannot be over exaggerated, this is one aspect that every project needs to take very seriously and I am certain that the BCNEX team knows this and are working to make it good.

I agree with you guys. Customer support is one of the important factor when it comes to Crypto exchange. Multiple languages customer support will be nice.

A lot of bounty programs for everyone and this is the project that made me very excited during this time. In fact, BCNEX is developing very well and their team is really professional in developing this exchange platform. In the near future there will be a $ 2 million reward program for successful KYC people and complete the tasks they require to receive free XRP. At first I thought it was crazy but when looking at the development of this project it seems they have very strong financial resources.

I'll like to know where you got the information of $2m reward for successful kyc participants. Its rather too juicy to be believable, considering the fact that it's in XRP. I don't think that the reward for the stage 1 & 2 bounty is up to $2m.

It would be great to participate in such a generous bounty. Since my KYC has been approved, I'll be eligible to participate and would love to share in this great offer. This would make more persons to join the platform and complete their kyc. Xrp is a very good coin to give as reward and I'm certain, most persons would love the idea.

Isn't KRW just the abbreviation for the South Korean Won?! There isn't a KRW stablecoin like USDT, isn't it? Or are you talking about a potential fiat gateway for BCNEX that supports Korean Won?

i agree with your statement i too believe good customer support is useful and needed now a days not providing adequate support to the customer can become a barrier to success of that participation project  but i am hoping that bcnex will provide a good customer service via building good relationships with the people.

I don’t know the reason but it seems when project grow, they forget they have to attend to a growing novice community that’s interested in them. Maybe the get preoccupied with bigger jobs, but they should have somebody do every job.
