- If you are a very new member or suffer significant negative trust I reserve the right to exclude you from the auction at my evaluation.

- either get a copper membership for the forum
- or deposit your bid to the address in OP. If you are outbid at the end of the auction it will be repaid, if you are a winner it will be deducted from the total payment and if you don't pay it will be kept by me.

If it is any consolation, Mbitr paid when they made a bid in my raffauction. They seem to be genuinely new and trying to figure out things around here. Not that there is anything wrong with the terms you have laid out, but just to give a little more context to the situation.

Good luck with the auction, the design is pretty intricate.
