Bitcoin does not really need an institutional body to act as the control the body to make people understand the purpose and nature of Bitcoin.

you got a point above but the purpose of bitcoin government is not for the people to learn bitcoin but its for the regulations  . there are benefit if bitcoins become regulated but there were also disadvantages  .

Decentralization in the Bitcoin ecosystem means everybody has the freedom to transact directly with anyone without restrictions. Having a Bitcoin government is basically centralization of the Bitcoin ecosystem, which goes against the true nature of Bitcoin and decentralization.

you got a point again but like what i stated above  . if bitcoin is centralized or regulated  , the users of bitcoin can be controlled and not all can use bitcoins which was good i think because this filters out the criminal and abusers   .

bitcoin government is a good idea imo but not necesarily needed at all because most governments nowadays are already allowing bitcoin  .
