Well, folks... my chips that I thought were lost and or stolen have been FOUND.  Face palm.  My allen ginter baseball mini cards had slid from their stack and were covering the chips lol.  And I just decided to pull those cards and go through them and, lo and behold, the chips were there.  Very relieved ha.
