maybe get escrow ? there are reliable people who do this for pennies

problem is we arent dealing with pcfli direct.  We are relying on another party to instruct pcfli to transfer ownership.  As we all have seen there are a lot of scammers out there and it is possible to be caught by one.

changing the details of every miner alone takes time. i doubt it. and stop trolling.

Most of my units are down, nobody answers to problem report form, pcfli is offline since yesterday

They have some network problem, since a few units cannot reach a pool, while others can.

it is true that our farm is not very stable currently, we are trying to get it better and we have developed a new firmware and will improve on two side
1)will let us adjust the frequency of each hash board, which is useful for the very old dragon which have five blade and need run on 800 or 850 frequency, with old firmware, we canot do that since it has no option to adjust the frequency and thus we canot open remote access to some old dragon like spiccioli's, your miner will online soon with new firmware
2) will have an auto-motitor to check the status of cgminer and if it find cgminer stop it will start it automatically, which is very useful when the power off and restore, as you can see, although we have some powered off issue on simple dc, it usually back up within 1 hour, but with old firmware some miner will not re-start automatically and will stop there for a long time if not started manually,   i have ask our employee to check the status of each miner after power restore , but so many work to check with more than 500 miners in our farm

thanks for the trust, and we are trying to do our best to provide good service. to be honest, it is true that many problems are new for us when building the simple data center and host more than 500 unit miner in one place, it is completely different work as host one or two miner in home. but now, we have resolved most of the problem and learned a lot from that and we have confidence to provide reliable service in future

btw, i will never steal any hash rate from host miner, it is not my way to earn money.
