Need your help on Academic survey about Blockchian

Hi everyone,

As part of my academic work, I'm doing research on Blockchain success and I believe Bitcointalk community can help me by participating in my survey.

Its Notable that All collected data is anonymous, No personal information will be asked in the survey.

Moreover, we have support from our academic department to giveaway prize as follow: 25 Winner each will get $10 in BTC and One lucky winner for $50 in BTC

... in fact my target populations are BlockChain techs,developers, founders and etc. Due to regulation in bitcointalk i can not open topic here for this purpose, And from other hand i can't get quality answers in services section! Undecided
