Well I for one consider meme as a form of art.
It is just made for fun but visually it is a form of art work.
Meaning or definition of art by google the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power.
Meme is a way for people to express their emotions and it is a creative skill and imagination so therefore meme is an art for me.

Looks more like a meme, it is not considered art by the way. You grab few pictures from the internet, create a collage with a message. I do not see anything original. If you have the nag of creating such meme, you can surely make some money by submitting it to some websites or use them on your social media.

@OP if you really wanted to start creating your own arts you should start from making an original one that is what defines an artist. Tho it seems that you are only making memes and if for you that can be a form of art then be specific about it.


That is what I was actually thinking as well. I didn't know that meme right now is more likely becoming and art.

art is when you create these pictures yourself, whether by drawing them in the good old fashion way or digitally with some drawing application. you have done neither of these so it is not "art". it is not meme either as some users suggest, since you are simply putting a bunch of pictures that already existed together creating a new big one that wasn't even that interesting if you ask me.

Satoshi Bitcoin created Bitcoin with the goal of what is in the picture but we, people see it as a way to earn money. When Satoshi left, the vision he had with Bitcoin is not followed and people peed on it, meaning laid waste on it so we can earn more. I hope you did understand though I will not call it an art, I will agree on the posts about this being a meme.

Not everyone shares the same thought like this though. Just see on Twitter, there is a lot of tweet saying "Long Bitcoin, short the bankers" which is exactly a form of expression that shows Bitcoin and bank is more or less a thing on a different side.

Not exactly shows the sentiment of everyone but I think that's really famous by now.
