Lol people are so happy for the Devs to do a premine and support a coin the same , but reluctant and makes snarky remarks to sustain the coin after bringing it back to life.
Well, to be fair, a premine really costs miners and coin holders nothing in the short term, unless the dev dumps it all and crashes the market. Sending BTC causes an immediate effect on your balance.
If memory serves me correctly there's at least a couple of coins which have staged 'donations', with a dev/foundation wallet receiving periodic payments at certain blocks. This resolves the situation where 95%+ of the coin supply in the first few months of the coin's life is a dev premine. Perhaps this could be added to a future version of ASR? (Expect lots of whingers though...)
