IIRC, the first player to accept offer from Japan is Kiefer which I find it a good move for him as he can always go back to PBA easily.

Also the #Letcalvinplay  is trending now on facebook and I wonder the commissioner or the other govern bodies in PBA still insist to put him back on the court. For sure many fans will get more dissappointed if Abueva will still not be seen in this season.

Under the rules of the PBA bubble, the delegates can enter the bubble until October 10, 11:59 p.m. before it closes its doors to players, coaches, and staff. Marcial is also non-committal on the possibility that Abueva might eventually join the bubble before the October 11 resumption of the games.

My question is, if Calvin Abueva able to pass all the requrments before the deadline and presuming he can now play again, what would happen to RR Garcia? As far as I know he is served as Abueva's proxy in order to complete Phoenix's 15 man roster. I think it would be unfair for Garcia if they will remove him all of a sudden.

Is it possible to have a 16th man on the team ?

Abueva was not part of the 24-man delegation of Phoenix Super LPG for the bubble. The Fuel Masters initially included the enigmatic star on their list as he has been training with the team since last year.

The team still has one spot open in its bubble delegation, in case Abueva's ban is lifted.
