This is a forum made for crypto fans especially for those who are interested with bitcoins. This wasn't made solely for blockchain and bitcoin experts. And also, we have some various sections to discuss such technicalities regarding bitcoins and other stuffs. So there's no need to take a serious grudge on users that's already on the highest ranking of the system. Not all of us are open to know how this works, each and everyone of us has different passions and careers, so don't expect anyone can answer a newbie question everytime. Just a basic knowledge will be sufficient.

For example, I'm a Hero now, but still I lack on knowledge on how these are being made and works via program/syntax. But I'm still studying. It depends on the users whether they want to achieve that knowledge or not, you can't enforce them to have that just because they're Legendaries.

As for the ranks, Crypto Experts and other users with an advance knowledge on this doesn't have any problem with the current ranking, nor they care about it.
mikeywith a user that is very fond of mining (AFAIK) I can say he never cares about the ranks but just look where he is now. In just a short time he managed to get to the higher rank.

So even if there are users with 0 knowledge on crypto, don't get annoyed. Besides some of them are just bought accounts.

No need to know program. If you don't have interest on learning this bitcoin stuffs, I doubt you would not be here now.
But since you don't know much, I bet you don't have interest on bitcoin stuff rather on other things going around. Your rank proves that, you are hero member but you don't have decent knowledge on bitcoin.

Bitcoin experts have a symbol in this forum, expert and pro level bitcoin user are different.

Thats the exact reason why the internet is at our disposal, a newbie doesn't really need to ask any direct questions to a higher ranked user, such newbie could easily get answers speedily on the internet, no one is under any obligation to answer questions in here, this isn't a school.

You can rank up without being s total bitcoin expert, you could have other strong points, that you'll impact to other on the forum, without it necessarily being about bitcoin, it could be about forum growth, for example numerous users have put in efforts to create notifications bots, userscipts, statistics etc that make the forum more interesting and easy to use, this has earned them numerous merits that aided their rank up.

If it was only about the bitcoin, we'll have just one board and it'll be the bitcoin discussion board.

Help one another is not fixed on higher ranking member(although it's good to lift others knowledge up from the position you had once been in)  you also as can help out because someone is a newbie do not mean he  completely lacks understanding it just that he/she is new to the forum and don't be surprised if that person growth is sporadic here.

No knowledgeable contribution is a waste regardless of the rank.
Yes you say higher members should help lower ranking members but statistically lower members are not actually seeking for help most of them get the wrong orientation and are busy constituting bounty spamming fun party.

I can be very correct to say you can ask a tangible question on the specific board for such question and not get some quality answers(although spam band wagon might drop by) .

There pin messages that guide newbies the problem is they don't want to read you can't expect to be spoon feed or take refuge in the fact that you are a lower rank member to seek for sympathy.
You have to set the ball rolling and then get people to coach you along the way

Don't go hating because they're were you dream to be. This is a forum, we're all here to learn. What you don't know you leave for others would do instead of trying to help but end up passing on a wrong information. We have different topic been discussed on the forum so technically everyone doesn't have to know everything about bitcoin before him or her can rank up. If that was the criteria then what will the average human do? Just understanding the procedure to send, recieve and secure your wallet is enough to become a bitcoin user why then that of the forum should be different. You don't have to be a bitcoin genius to advance in the forum and that's a good thing. The forum only demand the ability to post quality threads.

If a hero/legendary member can direct you to the right source to get the right answer/help or information you need, I believe that's a fair knowledge then demanding the technical knowledge you speak of. Having that knowledge is just a bonus and nothing more.

I don't think I have anywhere near the knowledge of most Legendary members here about bitcoin, but that isn't one of the criteria for getting to that rank.  In my case, all it took was time and posting--now it takes merits as well.  I would argue that you don't have to be a mechanic in order to be a high-ranked member of a forum about cars, just interested enough in cars (or the forum) to stick around long enough to get whatever rank we're talking about.

I could care less if higher-ranked members have excellent technical knowledge of bitcoin.  In general, they do, because there are a lot of young folks who seem very educated in mathematics and computers.  But all you really need here is an interest in bitcoin, which I'd say pretty much everyone has except for the worst shitposters.  They're just here to sap money out of whatever bounty they can and probably don't have a genuine interest in anything crypto-related.  And usually they don't advance in the ranks.
