Roobet is one of a long time running gambling platform and most of us know them because in different events on the forum, also base on my experience they have fast transactions, fast replies came from their support and open for the review of their users and suggestions which is good they are open to their community. I don't know when exactly Roobet started. So if we judge by that domain, it registered in 2016, but I don't whether or not Roobet has other earlier domain names. Regarding the licenses if I'm not mistaken I was once heard they have changed the license names to other companies but I didn't know for sure.
